Getting started
From first conversation to first register.
There is no self-service signup — each school is provisioned deliberately so its structure, people, and records start clean.
Tell us about your school
Share your school's size, classes, and the academic year you want to start with, so the initial structure — years, classes, sections, and subjects — can be prepared for review.
Set up people and roles
Administrators, teachers, staff, and parents join through school memberships with explicit roles. Suggested role mapping is provided and adjusted with you before anyone signs in.
Carry over core records
Student lists, current enrollments, and outstanding fee summaries are imported in a defined order — admissions first, then students, then finance — with a reconciliation check at each stage.
Go live term by term
Start with attendance and announcements in week one, add homework and exams when teachers are ready, and switch on finance and transport once the underlying records are verified.
Bring your school's records into one system.
Walk through the proposed onboarding above, then request a demo — every step from there is confirmed with you.
